Terms and Conditions

What this site is and is not, whose contract your order is, the two conventions these pages are written under, and the limits of what an information desk can promise you. Effective September 24, 2026.

Quick answer

Sodaslimdaily is an information desk — not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy, not a medical provider and not a weight-loss programme. No order is placed here. Price, delivery, refunds and the guarantee are the seller’s contract, made on the page where you pay through a BuyGoods checkout. Where the bottle disagrees with a page, the bottle wins.

Scope

What this site is, and the six things it is not

Effective September 24, 2026. An information desk, not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy, not a clinician and not a programme.

These terms govern your use of Sodaslimdaily. They are written in ordinary English because a term nobody reads protects nobody, and they are effective from September 24, 2026. By reading these pages you accept them; if you do not, the remedy costs nothing — close the tab.

What this site is

Sodaslimdaily is an information desk, describing itself as a U.S. stocking partner for SodaSlim. Its work is to transcribe the SodaSlim label, print the seller’s supplied material, check what both say against federal consumer reference pages where one exists, and record “not published” wherever a fact was never supplied rather than filling the gap with an estimate.

What this site is not

Not the seller. No sale happens on this website. There is no checkout here and no order can be placed here.

Not the manufacturer. The label states “Distributed for: Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404”. A distributor is not a manufacturer, and no manufacturer is named on the packaging at all. This website is neither.

Not a pharmacy. Nothing is dispensed here, nothing compounded, no prescription filled.

Not a medical provider. Nobody writing these pages is your clinician, and nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or advice about your medication. That point has a page of its own, the disclaimer.

Not a weight-loss programme. This site sells no plan, coaching, diet or course, and makes no promise about a result. It describes a product whose own label carries four support claims and no claim of weight loss.

Not the official brand website. The brand runs its own information and sales page, which is where the order button goes.

Editorial

The two conventions these pages are written under

Two conventions run through every page here, and they explain most of what a reader might otherwise mistake for an omission.

The “not published” convention

Where a fact was not supplied to this desk, these pages say so in those words rather than estimating. The convention is applied strictly and it costs the site things a commercial page would rather print. No price appears anywhere on this site, because no pack price was supplied; every reference to one reads “shown at checkout”. No certificate of analysis is published, because none was supplied. No manufacturer is named, because the label names none. No expiry date or lot code appears, because none is visible on the photograph of the wrap we were given.

The same rule governs images. Six pictures in the supplied asset pack are not published on this site at all, because publishing them would manufacture a customer, an endorsement or an implied result that does not exist. Where a page needs to refer to one it describes it in words and leaves a marked placeholder where the image would have been. That is a deliberate editorial choice, not a technical fault.

No reviews, no ratings

This site publishes no customer quotes, no star scores and no aggregate rating, and it carries no review or rating markup in its structured data anywhere. The supplied material described its own review block, in its own words, as layout copy only; rather than reprint it with a caveat, we left it out. The scorecard on some pages is this desk’s own assessment of what is published on the label, labelled as such, and it is not a customer rating.

Accuracy, and the document that wins

These pages are written carefully and checked against the sources named on them. They may still contain an error, sources change, and a label can be revised without notice. Where the bottle in your hand disagrees with something written here, the bottle wins. Read the label before you take anything, and if you find a discrepancy write to [email protected], because a correction is more useful to us than a compliment.

Commercial

The affiliate relationship, and whose contract your order is

How this site is paid, stated in the terms rather than in a footnote.

The affiliate relationship

The order button points at the brand’s own information and sales page, where the checkout is operated by BuyGoods. This site earns a commission if you buy through it. That does not change your price. We do not print the address as text anywhere, and the earnings disclosure is on the disclaimer page.

There is no arrangement under which the brand, the seller or the processor reviews, approves or edits anything on these pages before publication. The clearest evidence of that is the site itself: it declines to publish the seller’s customer photographs and explains at length why, which is not what a page written to order looks like.

Your order is a contract with the seller, not with us

When you follow the order button you leave this website, and what happens afterwards is between you, the seller and the BuyGoods checkout that page runs. Every commercial term of your purchase is theirs, not ours. That includes:

  • the price you are charged, and any tax or shipping added to it;
  • whether an order is accepted, and whether a pack is in stock;
  • delivery, timing, carriage and tracking;
  • the money-back guarantee, its length and the date it runs from;
  • refunds, returns, return postage and who pays it;
  • cancellations, changes to an order, and any subscription or rebill arrangement.

Anything this site says about those subjects describes material supplied to it, offered to help you read the sales page, and is not a promise by us. The terms on the page where you pay are the terms that bind. Read them there before you pay, and screenshot the guarantee wording with the date visible.

Which number does what

There are two phone numbers in the supplied material and they belong to different organisations. The label prints +1 (507) 448-8190 beside Gex Corporation LLP and [email protected]. The order line supplied to this desk is +1 (302) 200-3480, described in the pack as the BuyGoods default order desk — BuyGoods being the payment processor that runs the checkout, not the brand and not the manufacturer. Both numbers dial. Use the desk line for anything about an order, and the label line for anything about the capsule.

The legal part

Intellectual property, acceptable use and liability

The ordinary clauses, kept short.

Intellectual property

The words on this site, its structure, its tables, its interactive elements and its code belong to this desk. You are welcome to read them, print a page for your own use, and quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing a page or a substantial part of one requires permission, which you can ask for at [email protected]. The product name, the label artwork, the packaging photographs and the seals belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify and discuss the product. No endorsement by any of those owners is implied.

Acceptable use

Read the site, use it, link to it, argue with it. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, probe it or take it down. Do not scrape it wholesale, and do not republish its text as your own. Do not use it to distribute anything unlawful, and do not misrepresent yourself as this desk. We reserve the right to block an address that does any of those things.

Links out

This site links to federal consumer reference pages, to the seller’s page and occasionally elsewhere. Those destinations are not under our control and their content is not our responsibility — a link is a pointer, not a warranty. The thirteen federal references cited across this site were each opened and read on September 24, 2026, which is why every citation carries the date it was read.

No warranty, and limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, free of error, always available, or fit for any particular purpose, and especially not any outcome from using the product it describes, because no such outcome may be promised by anybody: every claim on the SodaSlim label is a support claim and the label carries the FDA disclaimer.

To the fullest extent the law allows, this desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product described on it, including lost profit, wasted expenditure, or a dispute with the seller about price, delivery, refunds or a guarantee. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to this desk — for a reader of an information site, nothing. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law or removes a consumer right you hold under the law of your state.

Closing

Medical matters, governing law, changes and contact

Three closing matters and a contact route.

Medical matters are on a separate page

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and the statements about the SodaSlim label have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The reasons that sentence matters — the caffeine figure, the two ingredients carrying published liver-injury reports, the people the label itself excludes — are set out on the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Read it before you take anything, and talk to your own clinician first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the United States, and by the law of the State of New York where a state law applies, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website goes to the courts of that jurisdiction. A dispute about your order is a different thing, governed by the terms of the page where you paid, which is also where you will find whatever the seller says about arbitration, venue and notice periods.

Changes, severability and the whole agreement

These terms may be revised; the current version is always the one on this page, and using the site after a change means accepting it. If a court finds a clause unenforceable, the rest stands and that clause is read as narrowly as it lawfully can be. These terms, the privacy policy and the disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and this desk about this website.

How to reach us

[email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, for these terms, these pages, a correction, a permission request or a complaint; postal mail reaches 425 Fifth Avenue, Floor 30, New York, NY 10016, USA. For an order the desk line is +1 (302) 200-3480; for the capsule the label prints +1 (507) 448-8190 and [email protected]. Returns, per the supplied material, go to 708 Third Avenue, Floor 19, New York, NY 10017, USA — but call the order desk first.

Questions

SodaSlim FAQ: terms and conditions questions

Is this the official SodaSlim website?

No. The brand runs its own information site, which is where the order button goes. This is a retail desk with a product information section.

Is “stocking partner” an official status?

It describes a reseller arrangement. No US agency licenses or accredits retailers of dietary supplements, and no register or number is named in the material we were given.

Do you earn money if I buy through this site?

Yes. The order button leads to the brand’s own sales page and this site earns a commission if you buy. That does not change your price, and it has not changed a word on these pages — you are currently reading a site that tells you the customer photographs are of models.

Where do your facts come from?

The Supplement Facts panel first, the supplied pack second, and a federal reference page wherever one exists. Thirteen of those pages are listed on every page that cites them, and each was opened and read.
