Privacy Policy
What this SodaSlim information site collects, what it never sees because the checkout happens somewhere else, how the affiliate link actually works, and how to ask the desk to delete anything. Effective September 24, 2026.

Quick answer
This is an information website. It takes no payment, keeps no accounts and runs no mailing list. It receives what you put in an email, ordinary server logs, and page-by-page usage measurement. The checkout is BuyGoods’ on the brand’s own page, so no card number ever reaches this site. Nothing here is sold. Write to [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET.
Plain English
What this site is, and why that shapes this policy
Effective September 24, 2026. This website takes no payment, keeps no accounts and runs no mailing list, which makes this a shorter policy than most.
This policy describes what Sodaslimdaily does with information about the people who read it. It is written in ordinary English, because a privacy policy nobody can read is not much of a policy. It is effective from September 24, 2026 and applies to this website only.
What this website is
Sodaslimdaily is a product information site and retail desk, describing itself as a U.S. stocking partner for SodaSlim. It publishes what the SodaSlim label and the seller’s material say, checks those statements against federal reference pages where one exists, and writes “not published” where a fact was never supplied. It is not the brand, not the manufacturer, and not the company that takes your money.
Why that changes what this policy has to cover
The most important sentence here is that no purchase happens on this website. There is no basket, no checkout, no card form and no customer account. The order button leads to the brand’s own sales page, where the checkout is operated by BuyGoods, a payment processor. Everything you type into that checkout — your name, your delivery address, your card number, your billing details — is collected by that page and that processor under their own terms. It does not pass through this website and this desk never sees it.
Who is responsible for this site
Questions about this policy, and any request described further down it, go to [email protected]. The desk reads that address Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Postal mail reaches 425 Fifth Avenue, Floor 30, New York, NY 10016, USA.
Collection
What this site collects
Three kinds of information reach this website, and that is the whole list.
What you type into the contact form or an email
If you write to the desk, we receive what you chose to send: the name you used, the email address you wrote from, the text of your message, and any photograph of a label or screenshot you attach. This is the only information here you actively hand over. We use it to answer you and for nothing else: we do not add a correspondent to a mailing list, because there is none; we do not use an email address for advertising; and we do not pass it to the brand, the seller or the payment processor. If you write about a problem with an order we will tell you which number to call rather than forward your message, because this desk cannot see orders.
Server logs
Like effectively every website, this one runs on a server that records requests. A log entry typically holds the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the status returned, the referring page if the browser sent one, and the user-agent string. These are generated automatically by the hosting software, and they exist so that faults can be diagnosed, broken links found, and abuse identified and blocked.
Analytics
This site measures how its pages are used: which pages are opened, roughly how long a visit lasts, which page a reader arrived from, the broad category of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the IP address at country or region level. The purpose is editorial — it tells us which pages readers reach, which they abandon, and which need rewriting. What it is not used for is worth stating as plainly: we do not build advertising profiles, do not try to identify individual readers, do not combine measurement data with an email you sent, and do not sell, rent, licence or trade any of it.
The short list
What this site does not collect
It is easier to trust a policy that says plainly what it does not do, so here is that list. None of the following is collected by this website, at any point.
Payment and card information
This site takes no payment and never sees a card number. The order button points at the brand’s own information and sales page, where the checkout is operated by BuyGoods. This site earns a commission if you buy through it. That does not change your price. We do not print the address as text anywhere, and the earnings disclosure is on the disclaimer page.
So we cannot see your order, its reference, the pack you chose, your delivery address or your billing details, and cannot look any of them up for you. It also means a card number cannot leak from this site, because one never arrives here. For an order the desk line supplied to this site is +1 (302) 200-3480, and the label prints +1 (507) 448-8190 and [email protected].
Accounts, passwords and subscriptions
There is nothing to log into here. No account is created, no password is set and none is stored. There is no newsletter, so no subscriber list exists.
Health information
This site does not ask about your health, and nothing on it invites you to describe a condition, a medication or a symptom in order to see a result. The interactive elements — the caffeine calculator and the short suitability questions beside it — run entirely inside your own browser. Nothing entered into them is transmitted, stored or logged: the answers are worked out on your device and forgotten when you close the tab. If you mention a health matter in an email we will read it in order to reply, and your clinician is the better correspondent for it.
Information about children
This site is written for adults, and the product it describes carries a label stating that it is not for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and we direct no part of this site at children. If you believe a child has sent something to the desk, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Handling
Third parties, retention and your rights
Who else is involved, how long anything is kept, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Third parties, and disclosure
A hosting provider serves these pages and keeps the server logs; an analytics provider processes the usage measurements; an email provider carries messages to and from the desk address. Each acts on our instructions rather than as a partner we share data with for its own purposes. Beyond them the only other organisations are the seller whose page the order button points to and the processor running that checkout, neither of which receives anything from this site except the referral identifier above. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Anything would be disclosed further only on a valid legal demand, in the defence of a claim, or in investigating an attack on the site.
Retention, location and security
Server logs are kept long enough to diagnose a fault or investigate abuse, then discarded in the ordinary rotation. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Email correspondence is kept while an exchange is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a correction to a page is worth looking up later. This is a United States website with a United States audience and its providers are ordinarily here. The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to the desk mailbox is restricted to the people who need it. We will not claim more, because no website can promise nothing will ever go wrong — but the highest-risk data here, your card details, is never in our custody at all.
Your rights, and how to use them
Privacy rights in the United States are set state by state, so what you are entitled to depends on where you live. Rather than publish a table of statutes that may be out of date by the time you read it, this desk takes a simpler position: we will honour any of the following from any reader, wherever they live. You can ask what we hold that relates to you, and for a copy. You can ask us to correct something wrong. You can ask us to delete it, and unless a law requires a record to be kept, we will. You can ask us to stop using it, which means closing the correspondence. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising there is nothing to opt out of on those grounds.
Email [email protected], say what you want done, and give us enough detail to find the records — in almost every case the address you wrote from. We will acknowledge and deal with it within a reasonable period, at no charge. One honest limitation: because this site holds so little, the answer is often that we hold nothing beyond an email exchange and some aggregate analytics that cannot be traced to anybody.
Changes, and how to reach a person
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one and the date at the top of the site moves with it. We will not change it quietly and claim it always said something else. For this policy, these pages, a correction or a privacy request: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, or 425 Fifth Avenue, Floor 30, New York, NY 10016, USA. For an order this desk can only redirect you: the order line supplied to this site is +1 (302) 200-3480, and the label prints +1 (507) 448-8190 and [email protected] beside Gex Corporation LLP.
Questions
SodaSlim FAQ: privacy policy questions
Who runs this website?
Sodaslimdaily, which describes itself as a U.S. stocking partner for SodaSlim. It is a retail desk and a product information site, not the brand and not the manufacturer.
Do you earn money if I buy through this site?
Yes. The order button leads to the brand’s own sales page and this site earns a commission if you buy. That does not change your price, and it has not changed a word on these pages — you are currently reading a site that tells you the customer photographs are of models.
How do I report a mistake on this site?
Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. If the bottle in your hand disagrees with something written here, tell us — the label is the document that wins.
When was this site last updated?
September 24, 2026. Every federal reference on it was read that day.
Order SodaSlim from the official sales page
The order is placed on the brand’s own page, under that page’s terms and that page’s privacy policy, through a BuyGoods checkout. Nothing you type there passes through this website. Price is shown at checkout and the window is 60 days from purchase per the supplied pack.
